Recently I have noticed that many offenders weaving in and out of the slow lane, perhaps it's just me, or maybe local candidates, which is their game Car Racing Deluxe Carry currently elude reality here in Sacramento.

As a self-confessed speed reducer, I will at least give a reason. Drivers on the freeway are easy targets for radar-wielding public. Stay in the slow lane draws less attention and an in and out of traffic makes you harder to choose a group.
However, speed reducers Lane hop a few inches of other cars are just plain stupid, without regard for their own safety let alone anyone else.
and if the people leave the path when Pasing Arnt passin then wouldent NED in the right lane ...... Move Over, if !!!!!!!
Have you just moved to Sacramento? This is not a new phenomenon. They were always on the engine.
It's the same thing here in Tampa. Not to be confused as the video game player, the fantasy and reality, but. It seems that all the tourists and the vintage one Bee-Line to the left lane so that the center and right lane open for cars and trucks to maneuver around in, and he is not out of his way.
Please On a visit to a new place, say the desired unit, or leave the door open. You're on vacation, I go to work!
This is not because people are slow in the fast lane!
I agree, probably because the slow drivers belong to this list in the highways and transit countries.
Many drivers are a bit like driving in the fast lane and refuse to take a pilot to miss what they have to go into the slow lane
